I'm not getting any reminders
Make sure notifications are allowed in iOS Settings → Notifications → FantaReminder and that Reminder notifications is turned on in the app. If you use a Focus, turn on Time Sensitive Notifications for FantaReminder. And remember: once you've confirmed your lineup, the reminders for that matchday stop.
When is the deadline?
At kick-off of the first match of the matchday. If your league closes earlier, add a reminder with more time to spare.
How do I change when reminders arrive?
In Settings → Reminders: you can turn the default ones on or off and add your own.
What is “Persistent” mode?
It sends you extra reminders as the deadline gets closer. If you turn it off, you only get the ones you've set yourself.
I confirmed my lineup by mistake
Hold the card on the main screen again: the confirmation is undone and your reminders are back on.
A match has been rescheduled: do my reminders update?
Yes, the app updates the fixtures on its own and moves your reminders to the new times (to be safe, open it once after a change). Until kick-off times are official you'll see “Times TBD”: reminders are scheduled as soon as the time is confirmed.
Are there widgets?
Yes, absolutely! You can add FantaReminder to your Home Screen (small or medium) and to your Lock Screen, so the countdown is always in sight.
What data does the app collect?
None: everything stays on your device. You'll find the details in the privacy policy.
